We produce plastic injection mouldings in a wide range of polymers, specialising in engineering grade materials, for many different industries. 

Moulded products can vary from a few grams in weight through to products weighing several kilos. 

Our involvement usually begins as a consulting role, as to the suitability of a design for manufacture.  Sometimes a few simple changes in design, at the beginning of a project can yield significant savings in production cost.

Once a design has been cleared for production we will present a complete breakdown of tooling costs / lead times and part production costs / lead times

Product may then be moulded in our own factory locally, or sourced offshore.
